Below is the training schedule for the club's sessions. We must emphasise that you are not expected to attend all of them, indeed some runners do a majority of their running in their own time. There is no obligation and no penalty for not turning up. Just come along whenever it suits you! All sessions are free to DUAXC members, except circuits, which costs £1.

The times shown are when the session starts, so perhaps arrive 15 minutes early to warm-up. For more information on the individual sessions use the links to the right.

Sessions on a saturday will only be on if there is not a conflicting race fixture.

Also, after training on a Tuesday and Thursday we usually grab some pasta upstairs in Maiden Castle. A fairly large plate of pasta will only set you back £2.80 and it's a great way to bond with everyone in the club.
