Radcliffe AC 12M Trail Race

2nd in 1:14.08 (winner 9s infront)

With me going home this weekend for Valentines Day, saw this event happening on the Sunday so decided to have a bash at it and see how far my 6/7 weeks of training have got me.

Battling the rage.......(UPDATE)

Since December i have been able to string together some relativly consistant running, I was 3 days shy of 2 months consistant training before it went pear shape.

I cannot run without pain, I know that i wont ever run without a pain in one area of my pathetic and frail body, but most runners can say that (not the frail body part-THE PAIN PART)
