Chances are if you are checking out our website you are worried, troubled or in distress (or concerned about a friend who is).
You may feel embarrassed about needing to ask for help
You may be unsure if counselling will help, or whether you are able to use the service

- how to make an appointment - whether you can do this yourself or need to be referred by University staff
- what to expect when you get here
- confidentiality - will others know you've been here
