Wellbeing podcasts from the Mental Health Foundation
A podcast is a regularly updated audio broadcast which you can download and listen to anytime, anywhere.
The Mental Health Foundation has produced several podcasts. These include:
- Relaxation podcasts
- Sleep podcasts
These podcasts range from 5 minutes to 20 minutes
Once downloaded you can use the MP3 file on any media player that you have. You can then listen to these podcast episodes on your computer, or transfer them to a portable mp3 player.
Taking a break is good for your mental health and wellbeing. It's important to take some time out to relax. This range of podcasts can help you relax and improve your sense of wellbeing.Listen to them either on your computer or your personal MP3 player.
