Communications Framework

This section of the website will tell you a little more about the framework and how to use it to its full potential, as well as providing you with the contact details of each of the approved partners on the framework.

The Communications Office, Procurement and key people from departments around the University have been working together to refine the former print, design and fulfilment framework. We hope the new 'Communications Framework' will be more effective, with a larger number of design partners offering improved choice and value for money. We have also included other specialist partners (Web Consultancy, Direct Marketing and Market Research) to help us deliver the University's Strategy to 2020.

The process is EU regulated in line with our obligations as a part-publicly funded organisation and we are now delighted that the agencies you'll find listed over the next few pages have been awarded a four-year contract to work with the University.

The framework is split into 'lots', which breakdown as follows:

Framework time scales

The framework runs from 17 August 2010 to 31 August 2014, which will enable us to build long term relationships with our partners.

If you are unsure about any aspect of the framework and would like guidance in working with any of the partners, please contact the Strategic Marketing Team who will be more than happy to advise.

Please note that you must only use the partners specified for all services covered by the framework agreement. If you have any special requirements that these partners cannot provide, please contact the Strategic Marketing Team to discuss.
