Events

Most of the social events in College are organised by one of the Common Rooms (JCR, MCR or SCR). The JCR represents all students and puts on the most active and varied programme, while the MCR provides some events for postgraduates out of term time. There is a regular term time programme organised by the SCR for senior members of the College.

Durham Nightlife!

Most of the fun stuff in Durham comes from the University, whether through Collingwood, other Colleges, or the Student Union (DSU). There are, however, a number of bars and nightclubs in Durham, as well as some excellent pubs and the Gala Theatre. In addition, Newcastle is a little over 15 minutes away on the train and the choices available there are immense.
