The cost of college accommodation is reviewed annually. For the academic year 2012-2013 the charges are as below:

Postgraduate Part-Catered Let

£6,446 - Single Standard Room

£7,088 - Single En-Suite Room

A 50 week let, which includes meals during the undergraduate term, all utilities and IT connectivity, and self-catering during undergraduate vacation periods.

PGCE Residency

£5,937 - Single Standard Room

£6,354 - Single En-Suite Room

It is acknowledged that there may be differing start dates for PGCE students which result in slightly different let periods.  However, the residence package is based upon a nominal 40 week period.  It includes all meals during the undergraduate term, all utilities and IT connnectivity, and self-catering during the undergraduate vacation periods.
