Collingwood College

Culture

The members of the Collingwood Community are drawn from a wide range of backgrounds, lifestyles, cultures, religions and races. That is one of the great benefits of being a member of such a rich community. We celebrate all the cultural influences that contribute to such a fascinating mixture. Collingwood College is a secular organisation, recognising no religious affiliation and respecting the beliefs of all its members. We do not have a chapel, nor do we say grace before meals, even formal ones. We have a chaplain whose role is to support the spiritual life of the College in all its forms and to provide spiritual and pastoral support to College members of any faith or none. We have a number of faith groups in College and an inter-faith group. Whatever your background or beliefs, we trust you will feel 'at home' with us.
