Set up in 2004, Collingwood College Ultimate Frisbee Club currently has over 30 members. The club is comprised of two teams - the selective A-team, who have come third and fourth in the Durham University league the last few years, and the all-inclusive B-team, who certainly win when it comes to spirit and enthusiasm!

Anyone who joins can play but be warned, it's not as simple as just throwing a disc - there's also stacking, drills, forcing, catching, forehands, backhands, hammers... Ultimate Frisbee is a self-refereed sport, where the aim is to catch the disc in the "end zone" to score points. Many colleges now have teams and it truly is a growing sport! Come along to Mary's Field Saturdays 1-3pm to see what all the fuss is about!
