ITS provides a series of guides for frequently (and some not so frequently) asked computer questions. This section comprises guides for issues which are not otherwise covered, are covered incompletely or are unclear. PolicyAs well as the general University IT Regulations, there are particular regulations covering the use of the Ensuite Online service - the broadband internet connection in your room. IT GuidesThe Information Technology Service also provide a series of complimentary guides, infosheets and other information on a range of topics. Saving WorkIt is strongly recommend you get into the habit of backing up your machine regularly and saving your course work on your J:drive, instead of USB drives (these are easily lost). Doing this saves it on the University's network, which is backed up hourly and acts as a further safety measure if anything should happen to your machine.
