Tighten checks in URL moving script

While creating of pages with disallowed characters has been blocked for some time, it was until this version possible to accidentally create a page with disallowed characters in the URL by moving an existing page.

Fix leaving script for people with apostrophes in names

The profile system "check for staff who have left" function failed to work properly when staff members had apostrophes in their names. This is now fixed.

Clarify creation of local resource categories

Instructions for restricting resources to University access only have been clarified and extended - in summary, any category containing a part named 'local' will be restricted. Restricted categories are now identified as such on the resource management screen.

Allow staff profiles to only display job titles for current department

It is now possible to only display job titles and departmental memberships relevant to the current page when showing a staff profile. Further department-level customisation of staff profiles will follow in future versions.

Extended information can be turned off on publications

The display of extended information on the web for publications (abstract, ISBN/ISSN, etc) can now be disabled for particular publications. The default remains to display it for any publication with extended information available.

Import from Web of Science ISI-format files

It is now possible to import web of science publication lists into the profile system - due to limitations of the ISI format this can not be done in bulk for a department. This feature is currently experimental - please test it with sample files and report problems if you use Web of Science as a source for your publications, but it may not be completely bugfree when importing due to some vagueness in the ISI format specification. We hope after feedback from testers to be able to recommend the ISI import for stable use in the next CMS version.
