User-definable viewing restrictions on pages
It is now possible to restrict viewing of a section of your site to a particular set of users - either all Durham University members, or a specified set of members. Please see the guides for more information on setting and using these restrictions.
Preview pages in profile system now let user select publication style.
It is now possible to use either the APA or AMA publication display style when viewing publications in the profile system editor's preview. Once a preference is set it will continue to be used for you within the profile system editor.
Publication category names in profile system made more consistent.
The publication category names have been changed for greater consistency of display, and to group related categories when sorted into alphabetical order.
Editor list now also uses multiple-line entry
In the profile system, the author list (or editor list if there was no author list for a publication category) is a multi-line field, with one line per author. The editor list field now uses the same method of entry even for publication categories with an author list and editor list (such as sections of edited works). Editor lists in the old format will be converted automatically where possible, but you may need to convert some yourself.
Events summary contact display is now optional
The display of contact information on events summary pages is now optional and can be set by the content item.
