Durham University Project Management Training
The IT Programme Management Office has implemented the industry standard PRINCE2® project management method and we have used this as a foundation for defining a standard approach to the management of IT projects, now known as PRIDE (PRINCE2 In Durham Environments). Its name is derived from PRojects IN Controlled Environments (PRINCE); with 'Durham' incorporated to indicate the tailoring of PRINCE2® to suit the specific needs of the Durham University environment.
