NPCS Request for software installation

Academic departments can request that CIS install software and/or data sets to be used by student users on the Networked PC Service (NPCS). Normally, unless the software or data is to be used across a number of different academic departments, departments are expected to meet the licence costs of the software or data sets themselves. Where a product may be used by a number of different departments CIS will consider providing at least some contribution towards the cost of the software (subject to available resources). A copy of the licence agreement will be required by CIS.

Request software installation (staff only)

CIS asks that staff give as much notice as possible, but no less than 6 working weeks, for such requests to be completed. Please contact the IT Service Desk to discuss your requirements.
