Where we are
The IT Service Desk is located in the Palatine Centre near the main reception.
The IT Service at Stockton is based in the Queen's Campus Library, Ebsworth Building, Queen's Campus, Stockton.
Our opening hours
The main IT Service Desk in the Palatine Centre in Durham is open to respond to your telephone calls and contact forms between 08:00 and 18:00 each University working day, and our counter service is open for personal visits between 09:00 and 17:00, Monday to Friday. The Service Desk in the Queen's Campus Library, Stockton is open between 09:00 - 13:00 and 14:00 - 16:45, each weekday, during term time only.
Outside of these hours, there is an Out of Hours Helpline service available for students and staff which operates between 18:00 and 08:00, Monday to Friday and 24 hours at weekends and on bank holidays, including Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day. All calls to the IT Service Desk are automatically transferred to this service at these times.
