You can contact the IT Service Desk in a number of ways:

• Complete an online form by clicking on the relevant box below. Please be aware that these will be responded between 08:00 - 18:00, Monday to Friday and incidents which arise outside of these times should be reported via telephone unless it can wait until the next working day.
• Call us on Ext 41515 or 0191 334 1515.
• Pop in and see us in person at either the Durham IT Service Desk in the Palatine Centre, Science Site (between 09:00 and 17:00, Monday to Friday) or in the Queens Campus Library in the Ebsworth Building (between 09:00 - 13:00 and 14:00 - 16:45, each weekday, during term time only).
