Durham University implements JaNET Roaming Service Tier 2. 

If you are connecting to eduroam using a device for which an example has not been provided, the WiFi settings you will need to configure are as follows:

SSID (Broadcasted Network Name): eduroam
Protocol Type: WPA-Enterprise
Encryption Type: TKIP
Authentication Type: PEAP/EAP
Certificates: none
Credentials: Home organisation username/password with realm e.g. username@dur.ac.uk

If you are not sure how to configure your device, contact your home organisation before you visit another institution.
