Mac App Store
Apple uses the Mac App Store to enable users to purchase/download software direct to their Mac without obtaining install discs or running installations.
As the whole process is managed by Apple and purchase is done via a personal iTunes account, CIS can offer very limited support if a Mac App Store application becomes faulty as the installation media is not available.
