Evaluation
Since May 2001, LTT staff have carried out an annual evaluations of the University's use and satisfaction with duo. Questionnaires are available to all staff and students. A longitudinal report (which covers the period 2001 to 2003) is available opposite. Other historical evaluation data are available upon request - email us at: itservicedesk@durham.ac.uk
Starting in 2008, we are also publishing excerpts of the analysis on our blog (e.g. analysis of mobile phone ownership). This allows us to distrubute information in advance of the final report being released.
