+An entry in the online telephone directory is incorrect. How do I change it?

+Can I use a hand-held mobile phone whilst driving?

From 1 December 2003 it has been an offence to use a hand-held mobile device whilst driving.

From February 27 2007, if you use a hand-held mobile device whilst driving, you face being awarded three penalty points on your driving license and a fine of £60.

Whilst hands-free mobile device are exempt from the above legislation, you may still face prosecution if you fail to have proper control of your vehicle. Additionally, if you have an accident whilst using a hands-free mobile device, you may be charged with careless or dangerous driving.
