Why Campus Manager?

The revised method of connection for the EnSuite Online and Mobile Computing network points is based on network software known as Bradford Campus Manager (BCM). BCM offers the capablity of registering machines and users on the network and checking that the computer connecting is up to date with system patches, anti-virus software and anti-spyware software. If the computer is not up to date it will be placed in quarantine where it is able only to access updates and patches. The computer can then be re-submitted for checking. Once passed it is then allowed full network access.
