The CIS series of information Guides and InfoSheets is available from here, as well as the latest CIS news and frequently-asked questions. In-house CIS documents are published in two series - Guides and InfoSheets. The former are more substantial (often tutorial-type) documents useful both for reference and for learning how to use applications and facilities. They form the basis of the materials used on most CIS training courses. InfoSheets are single sheet documents of the quick-reference or summary type. We also tend to publish InfoSheets to document facilities and packages which are not fully supported with training courses. Documents are available from the IT Service Desk and online in Acrobat (PDF) format.
