The aim of the Centre is to provide a focus for technology transfer activities associated with electronics and information engineering systems. The core staff associated with the centre are drawn from the School of Engineering and Computing Science supported by colleagues in Chemistry, Biology and Physics.
Staff are engaged in conventional grant funded research projects - on topics ranging from Novel Transducers, Silicon Design, Signal Processing to Digital Conditioning systems with the main objective of creating new knowledge made accessible through publication in learned journals and at conferences.
