Helping us to help you

Your feedback is very important: without it we cannot effectively evaluate what we are doing well and what we could do better. As a service we regularly seek the views of those using us but we are keen to develop our approach to gathering, and acting upon, feedback. Much of the feedback that we ask for is via structured surveys but we also welcome informal comments and suggestions. This can be done using the comments box located in the Careers, Employability and Enterprise Centre or via the online comments boxes listed below. The 'Comments and Questions' form at the bottom of this page is a further tool with which to let us know your thoughts. All comments are read and where appropriate responded to. It is not always possible to act upon every suggestion but your views will be taken into account and given due consideration within the context of the service that we deliver.
