Notes for Exhibitors
Access To The Venue
The venue will be open from approximately 8:00 for the setting up of stands (from 15:30 - 17:00 for dismantling) and to receive any literature/materials/equipment sent via courier for use on the day of the Fair.
Offloading/loading of materials
There is vehicular access to a car park at the rear of the building, which is approached by a side road directly opposite the shops on the north side i.e. on the downhill side of Dunelm House. Please note: As there is only a small unloading bay, it will not be possible, by either courier companies or exhibitors, to leave any vehicle parked in the car park for the duration of the Fair.
Parking
When you have unloaded, metered parking bays can be located nearby - New Elvet, Hallgarth Street and Church Street - all within a short distance from the venue. The Prince Bishop multi storey car park is an approximate 5 minute walk from Dunelm House. Please use the link to view a map of the City of Durham.
We would appreciate it if hotel residents could please make use of hotel car parks wherever possible.
Arriving by train
Dunelm House is approximately 5 minutes by taxi from the Rail Station. If you are coming by train and wish to send display material/recruitment literature to Durham to arrive on the day you are exhibiting, please address it to the venue location.
General Information
The Fair will take place in Dunelm House, the Durham Students' Union (DSU) building on Tuesday 16th October and Wednesday 17th October 2012 from 11:00 - 15:30.
If you wish to send display material/literature to Durham to arrive on the day you are exhibiting, these should be sent direct to the venue address and also for ease, your company name should be displayed.

- We cannot accept any display material/literature ahead of the event.
- If any display material is scheduled to be collected by courier the day after you are exhibiting, please notify Sue Wilson in advance.

Accommodation
Guest rooms are available within Colleges - some either within walking distance of the venue or a short taxi journey away. Please contact Event Durham (0800 28 99 70 or email event@durham.ac.uk) to check availability.
