How to pay
You can apply for Pre-sessional accommodation once you have received your course offer letter from the English Language Centre.
Once you submit your accommodation booking form please pay your accommodation deposit £475 to reserve your room.
If you are booking less than four weeks before the start of your course all accommodation costs must be paid in full at the time of booking.
You will need your Pre-sessional student ID number (nine digits, e.g. 000123456) and Full Name .

Following receipt of your deposit and accommodation booking form, we will send you your full accommodation fee invoice via email.
Please pay the full accommodation amount four weeks prior to arrival (same methods as above). If you have not paid in full, staff will not be able to issue your room key, so you MUST make sure that you have paid before you arrive in College.

Self-catering accommodation will be available at a Durham University College between the dates below (the end date is the last night in accommodation)

The £35 linen charge will cover your entire academic year after Pre-sessional. The cost of the bedding pack is not refundable under any circumstances.
If you need to arrive before the dates given above, please complete the section on the accommodation booking form to request additional nights. There is no guarantee that a room will be available, but we will do what we can to assist you. Additional nights will be charged as follows :
- £21.00 per night room only basis
