Vivian is responsible for the day to day running of operations across the College which includes Reception, Porters, Housekeeping, Bar and Catering. She reports directly to the Bursar, with whom she shares an office in the main building just down from Reception.

The Finance Assistant is responsible for the day to day transactions within the finance office. She can take payments and give advice on accommodation and tuition fee queries. She will also undertake other finance duties such as banking and payroll.
