MBA and Experienced Hire Recruitment
Many of our students already work at a senior level, with MBAs benefiting from an average 10 years experience. After demonstrating their commitment to enhancing skills and knowledge by joining us, they are then nurtured and primed to utilise those skills to benefit the range of high-profile global businesses our graduates go on to join.
Our experienced team can tailor services to your needs to support your recruitment campaigns and succession plans and can connect you to an international cohort of experienced MBA students and alumni from our global network.
The Durham MBA delivers not only world-class academic teaching but also integrates a career and skills programme ensuring that our graduates have the knowledge and interpersonal skills to be successful and add value in their organisations.
We work in partnership with leading training experts to design and deliver development programmes for our students that focus on the skills that organisations demand. From a three-day development residential to consultancy projects, our students engage in workshops, projects and events that further enhance their skills, enabling them to make a positive impact on your business.

Company presentations
Presentations to our students raise awareness of your organisation and career opportunities, and provide you with the opportunity to network with potential candidates. Our careers team will work with you to co-ordinate and promote your event.
Career insights series
These sector presentations by industry experts provide students with an insight into a particular field, and enable organisations to meet a targeted group of students and share expertise.
Skills workshop
We organise skills workshops delivered by recruiting organisations for our MBA students. Previous workshops have included career-related topics, networking skills and leadership development sessions.
London Events
We organise a number of events which take place in London which provide an excellent opportunity for London based organisations to meet our students at little cost and time away from their business.
A London Conference is also organised each year for Masters, MBA and Alumni, providing a platform for recruiters to promote their opportunities and network with this highly talented and diverse group.
CV profiles
You can access the online CV Profile book of our MBA students via dbscareers, or we can tailor the book to your specific needs with students who match your requirements, including languages, career aspirations, experience and geographical preferences.
MBA consultancy projects
Hosting an MBA Business Project will provide you with access to consultancy from a professional, experienced MBA student at no cost to you.
During the three months of the project, the MBA student analyses a strategic business issue which can be across any sector or business discipline. A comprehensive business report is then compiled and presented to you upon completion of the project.
Students can also engage in an internship during their programme and our team would welcome an opportunity to promote your opportunities to our students.
Strategic Partnerships
We are also interested in developing strategic partnerships. Please do not hesitate to contact us for an informal chat.
