Durham University Business School awarded maximum AMBA re-accreditation

The Association of MBAs (AMBA) has re-accredited Durham University Business School’s (Durham) MBA programmes for the next five years, the maximum period that can be awarded. 

The confirmation follows a robust review in which the Durham MBA programme’s standards in teaching, curriculum and student interaction were evaluated against the highest international benchmarks. The School has successfully retained this mark of achievement since 1983, the first year accreditation was offered.

The Dragons' Decision

Durham University Business School has selected the successful team in its Dragons' Den Competition 2013.

Six teams fought their way through to the DUBS final which took place last night (Wednesday 24th April) at the University's Calman Learning Centre. Each team made a 6-minute pitch to a panel of 'Dragons' comprising three business professionals: Tony Coyle, MD of The Virtual Centre, Annabel Cornish, MD of The Zebra Group, and Suzanne Auty, Enterprise Coordinator at Durham University's Careers, Employability and Enterprise Centre.

The NAFSA Annual Conference brings together more than 8,000 professionals in the field of international education for training workshops, educational sessions, networking opportunities, and special events.

This year Durham University Business School's Dr Michael will be presenting on a collaborative project undertaken by Durham and the Universities of Melbourne and Victoria on the topic of social responsibility through partnerships.
