(24 April 2009)

The first European edition of the flagship American textbook: ‘Marketing Management’, by Kotler and Keller was published by Pearson Prentice Hall in hardback form on Friday 10th April.

Co-authored by Mairead Brady (Trinity College, Dublin), Torben Hansen (Copenhagen Business School) and Malcolm Goodman, Senior Teaching Fellow in Marketing at Durham Business School, this new edition reflects changes in marketing theory and practice and explores the challenges facing European marketing practitioners, with case studies and exercises newly re-written for European students. Durham Business School academic, Malcolm Goodman, who contributed considerably to the contents of the book, comments: “It has been a privilege to work on this groundbreaking textbook, which enhances the key strengths of the original edition. It has been written for Masters level and high achieving undergraduate students and will feature on Durham’s post-graduate and undergraduate marketing modules.” Full Title: Marketing Management – First European Edition By Philip Kotler, Kevin Lane Keller, Mairead Brady, Malcolm Goodman and Torben Hansen ISBN: 9780273718567)
