What to do with serious speeders?

Professor George Wright has chaired a working group to produce a report for the Government’s Department of Transport on how to deal with serious speeders.

The group’s recommendations are published in "Post-court road safety interventions for convicted traffic offenders", Road Safety Report number 71. It is available from the Department of Transport's website.
