How and why does a company's culture evolve over time? Many factors are involved and they closely interrelate in a complex manner. J. Richard Harrison and Glenn Carroll, a part-time professor at Durham Business School, have sought answers to these questions using computer simulation.
This is the subject of their book Culture and Demography in Organizations, which was profiled recently in December’s issue of Business Digest.
