BMAF competition success for DBS student

(21 April 2011)

Congratulations to Durham Business School BA Business student, Chris Gibbons, who has won first prize in the BMAF 2011 Business Student Competition.

BMAF (The Business, Management and Accountancy and Finance Network) chose Chris based on his submitted report entitled: “How I will use my learning to become a Graduate with impact”.

Speaking about his reasons for entering the competition Chris said: “For me it wasn't really about it being a competition it was about sharing my experience and "advice" with others. I've had a whole range of brilliant experiences whilst I've been at Durham and always found everyone so supportive.” His reward is £300 prize money and an iPod, the School also receives a Certificate of Recognition.
