The development of trust across cultures - looking at culture from a chaos theory perspective
My research focuses on how individuals in multi-national organisations develop trust in dyadic relationships particularly when dealing with partners from a different culture. Culture from my perspective is not seen as national culture but rather a composite of tiles (i.e. Demographic, Geographic and Associative) that determine an individuals culture.
