Professor Sharon Turnbull
Biography
Dr Turnbull is Acting Director, Research Centre for Leadership Studies, The Leadership Trust Foundation. She was previously a Senior Lecturer at Lancaster University Management School.
Dr Turnbull's areas of teaching and research are in the field of Leadership, Leadership Development, Organizational Behaviour, Organizational Change, and HRD.
She is currently working on a number of research projects including O.D. in universities, post-millenial discourses of leadership, how leaders learn to lead, “wisdom” in leadership, ‘followership’ in organizations.
