Applying to Durham University

You apply to Durham University through UCAS. Before you apply, please check that:

Visit the University's undergraduate webpages for more information about applying to Durham.

Durham is a collegiate university, so as well as applying to a department you will become a member of one of our colleges. We would encourage you to select a College on your application form; if you do not, a college will be chosen for you. Visit our Colleges and accommodation section to find out which college suits you best.

You will be asked to enter a campus code on your application. This is the code used to specify which College you would like to be a member of. Our courses are based at Durham's Queen's Campus in Stockton-on-Tees and the Colleges here are John Snow (7) and Stephenson (8). For students who have no preference and would like us to choose a College on your behalf, there is the option of Stockton (S).

If you have any difficulties as a result of a disability or medical condition which may affect your studies, we would be pleased to talk to you to discuss any help you may need during your time with us. More information about the services we can offer is available on the Service for Students with Disabilities (DUSSD) website.

We hope you find all the information you need here, but if you do have any further questions our Admissions Office will be pleased to help.
