"The Dynamics of Joint Consultation: the Role of Trust and Justice."

I propose to examine the role of trust and justice throughout the operation of a Joint Consultative Committee (JCC) and the impact they have on its effectiveness. More specifically, the central research question is: “How does the relationship between the JCC delegates affect its operation and what is the role of trust and justice in shaping these relationships?” The major research objective is thus to examine the link between the complex exchange relationships shaped within a JCC and the effectiveness of this arrangement, using trust and justice as theoretical lenses.
