Automated turnstile at Park and Ride Entrance

If you are planning to visit the Botanic Garden and use the Park and Ride entrance you will now be able to pay for your admission, using a  debit or credit card, at the automated ticket machine. Once your payment has gone through the ticket machine will print your receipt and ticket. You then just need enter the ‘ticket number’ found on the top of your ticket into the keypad on the turnstile.  The turnstile will release and allow you to pass through.

Current Season Ticket holders will receive their new season tickets and full instructions in the post.

Visitors can use either the turnstile or gate to enter or leave the Garden, those with wheelchairs, pushchairs or small children are advised to use the gate. Please use the ‘push to exit’ button to release the gate when you wish to leave the Garden.

If you are planning to park your vehicle in the Park and Ride car park you must now leave your registration number with the staff at the  Visitors Centre to avoid receiving a parking ticket.
