An Applied Biosystems LC TEMPO nano-HPLC and MALDI target spotting robot
This instrument allows for the chromatographic separation of complex peptide mixtures coupled with online MALDI target spotting. Once spotted the spot map data can be directly imported into the GPS Explorer acquisition software of the 4800 to give a rapid and sensitive LC-MALDI-TOF-TOF proteomic workflow.

for peptide mass fingerprinting (PMF) analyses, high throughput peptide sequencing from both gel based and HPLC based proteomic experiments and intact protein mass measurements.
The instrument has a mass range of 500 - 200000 Daltons
Data is acquired and processed in a fully automated mode using GPS Explorer software and protein identification and quantification analyses is performed using in house MASCOT and Protein Pilot proteomic search tools.
