Society Obs LogsEvent
DescriptionThe unpredictable movement of clouds did not stop the keen astronomers of AstroSoc from observing the wonders of the night sky. The full moon which illuminated the night sky was the main target of the night. The astronomers of the society were able to observe the detailed surface of the moon such as the ray craters and the maria through the telescope. Jupiter and M13 were also targets of the telescopes that night too.
Also, the picture of the night sky attached to this obs log was taken by our very own Astrophotographer, James Link, during Freshers Obs.
