Induction week

Welcome to the Department of Archaeology.  We look forward to meeting you in October.  The department will be running a number of events during Induction Week (Monday 1^st October – Friday 5 October 2012).

ALL EVENTS WILL TAKE PLACE IN ROOM CM101, COMPUTER SCIENCE/MATHEMATICAL SCIENCES BUILDING.

Archaeology Department Welcome

Tuesday 2^nd October 2012

11.00 a.m.-12.15 p.m.

This session will provide an introduction to the Department and its facilities, along with information about the modules available.  It will also introduce you to your allocated Academic Adviser.

Introduction to Academic Community of Practice

Friday 5^th October 2012

9.00 a.m.-10.15 a.m.

At this session you will receive information on departmental matters and a careers talk by Tom Davie, Deputy Head of Centre & Careers Adviser.
