Taught Programmes
The Department of Anthropology offers five different one-year taught Masters courses, each delivered by a group of staff specialising in the area of study.
The three MSc's are run by our research groups in Development Anthropology, Evolutionary Anthropology and Medical Anthropology. They offer the opportunity to focus on a particular area of anthropology, join an active research group that meets weekly and to undertake a dissertation supported by a member of the relevant research group.
Durham's strengths in these areas of anthropology make these degrees a unique opportunity to participate in an active research environment and to develop ideas about your future career.
