Centre for Doctoral Training in Energy
Overview
Durham University's EPSRC funded Multidisciplinary Centre for Doctoral Training in Energy was launched in October 2009. As part of the multidisciplinary CDT in Energy, students have the opportunity to undertake world class research within a specialist department at Durham University, but also to gain a broader knowledge of energy issues from engineering to social aspects. Applicants are encouraged to discuss proposals with their supervisors, in the first instance.
Applications
Students starting a PhD in an energy-related field can apply to become a member of the CDT to be considered for relevant funding opportunities. Places are currently available for students who will be starting their PhD preferable on a multidisciplinary nature, and who already have full funding for their PhD.
Deadline
