Submissions -
two types of contributions
Participants who wish to give talks but do not intend to submit
extended abstracts are invited to submit short
abstracts (up to 1 page) of their talks.
Please download this
LaTeX template to produce your abstract, and then email as an
attachment to acid.2007@durham.ac.uk.
After submission you should be informed within five working days if
your abstract has been accepted. Selected short abstracts will be
published in the Workshop Proceedings.
Submission deadline for short abstracts is 13 July 2007.
We strongly invite the submission of extended abstracts for presentation at the workshop. These should be up to 10 pages using a 12pt font, and should present new research on any aspect of algorithms and complexity. For the reviewing process, please prepare a PostScript or PDF file and email as an attachment to acid.2007@durham.ac.uk. After submission you should receive an acknowledgment that your paper was successfully received within two working days. Accepted extended abstracts will be published in the "Texts in Algorithmics" series of College Publications (formerly KCL publications). The publisher does not put any restrictions on submitting the same material elsewhere. Selected authors will later be invited to submit full paper versions for a special volume of the Journal of Discrete Algorithms. The submission
deadline
for extended abstracts is 15 May 2007.

The workshop will be held in Grey
College.
Durham is easy to reach by train or air. There are frequent train
services to
London (about 3 hours), Edinburgh (about 2 hours), etc. There are two
international airports (Newcastle
and Durham Tees Valley) at about half an hour driving distance. They
offer cheap flight services to several destinations.
For further information on Durham and links to the airports visit
city's tourism
website.
