Deputy Academic Registrar

The Deputy Academic Registrar supports the Academic Registrar in the operational management of the Academic Office with a particular focus on contributing to improvements in the University's student-facing services and support systems, including:

• Line management of the Careers, Employability and Enterprise Centre, Counselling Service, Disabilities Service (DUSSD), Student Immigration and Financial Support Office and the Ceremonies Unit
• Managing student complaints
• Diversity Strategy (students) in conjunction with the Diversity Manager
• Lead Countersignatory and main University contact for the Disclosure and Barring Service Disclosure applications (previously known as the Criminal Records Bureau)
