CHIP Risk and Safety Phrases

Standard risk and safety phrases for use when interpreting suppliers' Materials Safety Data Sheets and in making COSHH assessments.

These risk and safety phrases are derived from the CHIP Regulations - Chemicals (Hazard Information and Packaging for Supply). They are routinely used in Materials Safety Data Sheets to identify potential hazards and offer safe handling advice.
