Dr Masson is the College's Vice-Principal and Senior Tutor. A Scot brought up in Zambia who lectured in English in the USA for a number of years, Margaret is responsible for admissions, academic administration, student welfare and the College's tutorial team. She has been involved with Traidcraft, the fair trade organisation, since 1995, first as a Board member and since 2002 as a Trustee. She is also on the Board of Ridley Hall, Cambridge, the Leech Research Fellowship Managagment Committee and co-organises the Nevilles Cross EcoFest. |

As Postgraduate Director, Ashley oversees the College’s provision for postgraduate students and their relationship with the College. He is responsible for Postgraduate Admissions, helps to coordinate the tutorial system for postgraduates, and is the point of contact for all postgraduate matters.
Ashley also heads up the Collegiate Studies
Programme and is available to advise any student in financial difficulties
(or who have any financial queries or concerns). |

As Commercial Director, James oversees the conference and pilgrimage work within the College. As Director of Music, he is responsible for identifying, encouraging, developing and directing the College's music programme. Outside of College, he teaches piano and dreams of skiing.

Professors Stone and Robinson head up the Policy Research Group at St Chad's. The group has 10 full-time members (some seconded-out) and a half-dozen associates. Its work consists chiefly in policy and data analysis and consulting on issues affecting the public and Third sector.

College Accountant: Marjorie Brough |

Marjorie works closely with the Bursar and does all of our bookkeeping, accounts receivable and payable, and invoicing. She brings many years of experience to the post, having worked for a number of firms and for a family business before settling here. |

Academic Office Administrator: Susan Mather |

Susan Mather is Personal Assistant to the Principal and Admissions Secretary, managing and co-ordinating the work of both offices. She is the brains behind the admissions process, handling everything from initial admissions queries to final room assignments -- and virtually everything in-between. |

Michelle is the Student Records and Support Secretary. Working closely with the Principal's PA, she plays an important role in the admissions work of the College. |

Linda manages Reception and the College Office and is often the first St Chad's voice people hear. She co-ordinates communications between the College, the University and others, and she plays a key, front-of-house role with Chad's students and guests. |
