The Assembly Rooms Theatre is a 223-seat proscenium arch theatre in the heart of Durham city. It is also home to the Durham Student Theatre office, a box office, workshop, green room, two changing rooms,props and costume store and a scene dock (as well as being actual home to some members of the DST exec who live in the flat upstairs).

The theatre is located at 40 North Bailey (DH1 3RH) opposite Hatfield College. It is located at number 21 on the university map. The office phone number is 0191 33 41419.
